BALI AGA STORE POLICY

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGE/RETURN
  • ACTIVE military ID must present to apply special package price (Selected items may not eligible for special offers)
  • Company credit card as a form of payment to apply to GET Wholesale tax (Complete W-9 form & GET Tax license must be present or in the file)
  • All goods are handmade, any small imperfections or variations in size, color or aspect ads to the uniqueness of the piece.
  • Items must be picked up within 7 days from the day of purchase.
  • All merchandise did not pick up within 7 days will be subject to storage fee 10% of the purchase.
  • Any items not picked up and returned will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Client responsible to ensure the merchandise purchased will fit into all interior and exterior access or areas of the delivery location
  • Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway or space will be refunded in merchandise or store credit only and subject to a restocking fee.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return and/or exchange.
  • At our sole discretions, Bali Aga reserved the rights to assess the item returned and refund depends on the condition of the items, restocking fee apply on returned item.

 

CUSTOM ORDER

  • Custom order requires 100% non-refundable payment when order is placed
  • Estimate time arrival for custom order minimum of 4 months
  • ETA might be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as manufacture delay, weather, sailing schedule and an act of God
  • Custom orders are built to your specifications, they cannot be canceled, returned or refunded at any time.
  • Please arrange to pick up or have the item delivered within 48 hours of arrival. Delivery not included.
  • All merchandise did not pick up within 7 days will be subject to storage fee 10% of the purchase

 

DELIVERY or PICK-UP

We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery.

  • Shipping/Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt.
  • By signing your delivery paperwork, you affirm your item was delivered to you with no damage or defect
  • Packing wrap is provided for transportation/delivery purpose only. Please remove and inspect item before signing.
  • Goods are considered checked and declared in good condition by buyer prior pick-up and delivery.
  • Return shipping and re-stocking fees apply
  • Bali Aga requires 24 hours for cancellation of your scheduled delivery
  • A cancellation fee of $75.00 and a minimum redelivery fee of $110.00 will apply if you are unable to accept a scheduled delivery and a second trip is required.
  • Merchandise pick-ups can be made at our store; pick-ups are arranged by appointment only and at the sole discretion of any Bali Aga employee. Bali Aga requires 48 hours advance notice.
  • If you are unable to pick up on your scheduled date please call to re-schedule.
  • All missed pick-ups are returned to warehouse storage and will need to be re-scheduled.
  • Customer is responsible for bringing an appropriately sized vehicle and adequate help to self-load all items.
  • Bali Aga will provide shrink-wrapping on request, to protect furniture from the elements. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring any additional packaging (blankets, pads, rope, etc.) at the time of pick up.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Bali Aga staff is not permitted to assist with loading items into any vehicle.
  • Customer is responsible for inspecting all items prior to loading them into a vehicle and noting any external signs of damage to our warehouse team immediately.
  • By signing the release forms the customer acknowledges that the items were received in good condition and free of damage.
  • Bali Aga is not responsible for any negligence or vehicle damage in securing merchandise into any vehicle or for any merchandise or vehicle transport damage, vehicle accidents, or personal injuries once the merchandise has been released to the customer.
